The SHOP
In the holiday farm there is the SHOP, the store of the farm that opens every Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Luisa bakes the bread, Domenico chooses the most beautiful sausages, and Angela puts on her boots and goes picking the vegetables in our vegetable garden. Come and do your natural shopping on the farm!
Insaccati
Our “sopressa” was awarded in 2010 and 2016 as the best product. She is the queen of the sausages we produce. You will also find salami, fillet, sausages, bacon and much more. Everything is made following our grandparents’ recipes, without preservatives. Our secret ingredient? The seasoning of time.

“Bigoli, strozzapreti, reginette, creste di gallo” – pasta as it used to be made, with the security of old-fashioned things, homemade eggs, flours of our own production and no ruse at all!
“PESTATI”, PRESERVES AND PUREES
They are made with vegetables, and they are to be eaten on bread or pasta. They also are a taste of genuine goodness whenever you want!
VEG BURGER
Angela always prepares vegetable burgers without glutamate and lactose, to meet the taste of those who want to eat vegetables in different ways. The burgers are so good that they convince every sceptical person!
Eggs
From our own chickens, we have only healthy and tasty eggs, rich in nutrients.
HOMEMADE BREAD
Sourdough starter, flours from our own production, and lots and lots of patience – because in order to have a good leavening and to have a healthy and digestible product, we wait all the time it takes.
Natural VEGETABLES FROM OUR GARDEN
We suggest seasonal vegetables and fruit that you can use in your recipes, to make everything tastier, because if you buy natural food, you eat healthy!
